Worst experience in ordered delivery

I ordered a Kadi Kurta on 10th November. It was marked as out for delivery on 20th November, but as of 27th November, it has still not been delivered.

This was a prepaid order, and I am extremely disappointed with your service. Please initiate a refund immediately, as I no longer wish to continue with your platform. There are many other platforms that provide seamless delivery services.
