Return policy
- 7-Day Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on eligible products. Please check the product description for eligibility.
- Return Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
- Return Request: Submit your request through the return portal or email info@shasakclothing.com with your order ID. Processing takes 24–48 hours.
- Return Charges: A ₹100 reverse shipping fee will be deducted.
- Return Process: Keep all tags and packaging intact and record a video while handing the parcel to the delivery partner.
- Damaged/Wrong Items: Contact us immediately after delivery with details and photos/videos for verification.
- Exchanges: Some products are eligible for size exchange only and are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. It may take up to 7 days to reflect.
- COD Orders: Refund payout details will be shared via email after 7 days of receiving the returned parcel.
- Non-Returnable Items: Products marked as non-returnable in their product description cannot be returned.
